• Provide Responsive Feedback on Reported Cases
• Collaborate with Technical Engineers for resolution
• Onsite visit for Analysis & Troubleshoot (if required)
• Track and Follow up cases proactively
• Plan and Conduct System Preventive Maintenance

• Good command of Email Comprehension & Composition in English
• Familiar with End User centric Communication

• Willing to commute onsite (within Klang Valley)
